Acute Care | Continuing Care | Outpatient Services

Multiple Locations Across the Capital Region

St. Peter’s Health Partners is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nurse Leaders to support a wide range of opportunities across Acute Care Hospitals, Continuing Care, and Outpatient/Ambulatory practices. This evergreen posting supports ongoing recruitment as openings arise. New graduates and experienced RNs are encouraged to apply.

Roles, locations, and schedules vary. Candidates will be matched to the best fit based on experience, interests, and availability.

Care Settings

  • Acute & Inpatient Care: Med/Surg, ICU, ED, Behavioral Health, Perioperative, Inpatient Rehab
  • Continuing Care: Skilled Nursing & Rehab, Home Care, Hospice, Senior Living
  • Outpatient & Ambulatory: Primary Care, Specialty Practices, Women’s Health, Oncology/Infusion, Urgent Care, Procedural Areas

What You Will Do

  • Perform patient assessments and develop plans of care
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy (as applicable)
  • Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
  • Educate and support patients, residents, and families
  • Document care and ensure compliance with standards

Qualifications

  • Current New York State RN license
  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
  • Bachelor’s Degree required for Nurse Leader roles in Acute & Outpatient
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork

Preferred: Acute care, continuing care, or outpatient experience; BLS required (ACLS/PALS as applicable by role).

Pay Ranges

Acute Care: $40.00 - $71.31 per hour

Continuing Care: $36.00 - $66.01 per hour

Outpatient/Ambulatory: $36.00 - $52.77 per hour

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
